Responsibilities

  • By empowering sellers / account strategists with product expertise and tactical enablement, this role will: Drive product adoption and revenue growth for strategic advertisers, with a focus on social.
  • Drive Product Adoption & Revenue: Collaborate with sales teams to boost adoption and revenue in key segments, with a focus on social (Meta, TikTok), by implementing strategic upselling and cross-selling efforts, customizing presentations and messaging, sharing product expertise to close knowledge gaps, matching customer needs with appropriate use cases, and connecting with relevant product stakeholders.
  • Build Bridges: Engage with advertisers' and agencies' social teams to establish Criteo as a trusted partner- your ability to navigate and influence those relationships is core to this role.
  • Drive Sales Excellence: Provide focused enablement for priority sellers, support scalable regional playbooks, and host office hours.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner effectively with Product, Marketing, and GTM teams to offer constructive feedback, facilitate product testing initiatives, and drive ongoing improvement.
  • Additionally, conduct client segmentation and prioritization to optimize specialist support.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and persuasive communication skills -comfortable presenting to C-level clients and agency leads.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of the paid social ecosystem - campaign mechanics, audience strategies, measurement frameworks, and the agency buying model across the funnel.
  • Advanced understanding of the broader digital advertising ecosystem, with the ability to connect social solutions to full-funnel performance strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of bringing new advertising products to market in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.

Compensation

  • $147,800 - $180,700
