Responsibilities

  • Lead customer-facing program kickoffs and working sessions, translating customer goals into documented program requirements (trigger identification and refinement, audience, cadence, content inputs, approvals, and reporting).
  • Oversee content intake, build, and proof cycles, including using established templates/workflows, managing revisions, and ensuring customer approvals are secured on time.
  • Ensure marketing automation coordination for targeted sends, including aligning key values/fields needed for automation workflows and confirming build completion prior to launch.
  • Maintain program trackers and operational documentation, ensuring accurate records of program status, approvals, changes, and milestones across active programs.
  • Partner effectively across Sales, Operations, Analytics, and Marketing Automation to provide responsive customer service, timely issue resolution, and consistent program execution.
  • strong organization, prioritization, and documentation; able to manage parallel workstreams and dependencies across teams.
  • Cross-functional coordination with analytics and marketing automation partners, including workflow build dependencies and launch readiness.
  • Own monthly and program-to-date reporting delivery for customers, producing clear readouts and responding to performance questions in partnership with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Clinical background required (3+ years) with ability to translate clinical concepts into clear program requirements and operational decisions.
  • Operational execution in a regulated environment: comfort with structured workflows, required approvals, and maintaining audit-ready artifacts and trackers.

  • Issue identification and resolution, including effective troubleshooting and cross-team coordination when delivery or reporting anomalies arise.

Skills

  • The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
  • In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

  • $99,200 - $165,400
