Nice to have
- Monitor key local HR metrics such as turnover, attendance, and engagement and share relevant insights with site leadership and corporate HR
- Conduct and analyze exit interviews to gather employee feedback, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve retention, engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Coordinate employee communications related to HR programs, policy updates, and site-level initiatives
- Serve as the local HR contact for employees and managers and escalate specialized matters to the appropriate corporate HR teams when needed Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience supporting generalist HR activities in a site or business unit environment
Compensation
- $90,000 - $130,000 base salary depending on experience
- The salary rate for this role is currently $90,000 - $130,000.
- The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
- The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
- Other benefit offerings for this role may include annual bonus, if eligible.
