Responsibilities
- Support the thin-film coating operation with vacuum equipment and electronics expertise;
- Support off-line improvement projects as related to maintenance, uptime and MTBF;
- Support facility systems as needed;

Requirements
- A minimum of a 2-year technical degree and 3+ years experience with high-vacuum deposition, or 6+ years relevant experience;
- Direct experience with ion sources and electron guns
- Direct experience with the repair, diagnostics and root-cause analysis of vacuum coating equipment issues;
- Experience with facility systems, including HVAC, compressed air, and chilled-water systems desirable;
- Experience using measurement systems as applied to thin film coating production, such as spectrophotometers, interferometers, oscilloscopes and other electrical, optical and mechanical test equipment
- Proficiency with MS office;
Compensation
- The compensation range for this position is $48,000.00 - $72,000.00, depending on experience.
