About the role

This role bridges legal analysis and operational execution to ensure accuracy, risk management, and timely client outcomes.
The Staff Attorney works specific queues transitioned to Operations and ensures compliance with legal standards during high-volume processing.
Handle client escalations independently and escalate questions to legal leadership following Standard Operations Procedures and when firm risk is identified.

Support documentation and refinement of escalation workflows.
Partner with Senior Attorneys to document and refine escalation workflows.
We work as true team players, delivering creative problem-solving and high-quality service to support families with excellence and care.
Your Key Contributions Conduct legal reviews of immigration applications and supporting documents for accuracy, completeness, and legal sufficiency.
Perform legal research on immigration law topics using various resources.
Assist with due diligence, document collection, and matter preparation.

What Makes You a Great Fit J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of a state bar required.

0-1 year post JD experience preferred Experience using a case management software system preferred Prior immigration experience preferred but not required.
