About the role
- The Total Rewards Partner serves as an advisor to senior leaders within one of Unity's five business functions (Grow & AI, Engineering/Product, COO, G&A, or Sales & Marketing) and is a core member of the People "Trio" alongside Talent Strategy and Talent Acquisition.
- You will be trusted to operate with a high degree of autonomy and judgment, leveraging centralized rewards expertise as needed, while applying your knowledge of advanced compensation, market insights, and business acumen to ensure Unity's programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with functional priorities.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will partner closely with senior functional leaders to design, implement, and deliver Unity's compensation and headcount planning programs.
- Relocation support is not available for this position

Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to advise business leaders on compensation strategy, pay decisions, and market trends
Nice to have
- ability to learn and scale quickly into advanced areas as needed
- Strong analytical, spreadsheets, and communication skills
- experience with Workday, Pave, or similar systems preferred
Compensation
- Interpret and apply job architecture, salary ranges, equity refresh frameworks, and recognition programs in a business-relevant way, leveraging centralized Compensation and Equity teams where deeper expertise is required
- Note: This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position.
