About the role
- Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION INCLUDE: Follow instructions of Chef to properly execute menu vision; ensuring consistency and compliance with Cobb's recipes, portioning, cooking and waste control guidelines.
- Follow Cobb's guidelines concerning food and physical safety, maintenance and equipment/ space.
- Clean kitchen at the end of each night, including sweeping, mopping, wiping down all surfaces, and overall area sanitation.
