Responsibilities
- Design and revising curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials.
- Support accreditation and training documentation.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts.
Requirements
- ISD certification ADDIE methodology expertise Military training development experience Special Operations training experience
- Minimum five (5) years of DoD instructional design or curriculum development experience is required.
- Active Secret Clearance is required.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with operational instructors to ensure the training materials remain current, relevant and is aligned with the missions' needs.
Nice to have
- Special Operations background is preferred.
