About the role

  • Serve as the main point of contact for patients, explaining treatment plans, procedures, costs, and financing options
  • Present treatment costs, collect payments, process insurance claims, and assist with payment plans
  • Uphold privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards in all patient interactions

Responsibilities

  • Build strong patient relationships to encourage treatment acceptance, retention, and follow-up care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth scheduling to optimize chair time
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality care
