Responsibilities

  • Your experiences include (but not limited to) advising and helping Payer/Provider clients execute on strategic planning, business model strategy, operating model strategy / design, competitive agility, enterprise transformation, cost reductions / ZBx, M&A, service line strategy, product strategy, and innovation.
  • A core expectation of this role is to serve as a master practitioner and teacher, using an apprenticeship model to develop the next generation of consulting leaders.
  • You will actively coach Managers and junior consultants in the foundational and advanced skills of strategy consulting, ensuring they learn not just by observation, but through deliberate practice, feedback, and structured skill-building.

Nice to have

  • MBA or MHA (MBA highly preferred)
  • Master's in Business Administration (MBA) highly preferred

Compensation

  • The annual salary range for this position is $118,000.00-$196,000.00.
