About the role
- You'll be responsible for understanding what those users actually struggle with, translating that into the right product investments, and driving them to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for Radiant's analyst-facing product - from case management and alert triage to investigation workflows and response actions.
- Conduct interviews, join calls, review usage data, and develop a genuine understanding of how security teams work.
- Translate customer pain into well-defined problems and prioritized- then drive those bets through design and engineering to deliver outcomes.
- Partner with go-to-market on positioning, release communication, and documentation.
- Excellent written communication. Your PRDs are clear enough that engineers can build from them without a walkthrough.
- Collaborative but opinionated. You build trust by being easy to work with and earn credibility by being right often enough.
Nice to have
- Background in cybersecurity, SOC operations, or adjacent enterprise SaaS (ITSM, observability, incident response).
- Experience with AI-native product workflows - you've thought carefully about how to present machine-generated outputs in an easy to consume interface.
- Prior startup experience where you wore more than one hat and worked with minimal process.

- The role
- We're looking for a Senior PM to own Radiant's analyst-facing product - the case management, triage, and workflow surface that security teams use every day.
- This is a strategy and execution role.
- You'll spend meaningful time with customers, develop a sharp point of view on where the product needs to go, and partner with design and engineering to get there quickly.
