Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Innovative 3Mers Around the World
- The Inside Sales Representative will establish and maintain customer relationships, drive sales growth through virtual customer visits, up sell, and cross sell strategically aligned products within focused markets.
- This will be accomplished by utilizing detailed product and market knowledge to drive opportunities through the sales cycle.
- As an Inside Sales Rep resentative, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Nice to have
- Outside sales or inside sales experience
- Account management experience
- Ability to work effectively in a sales team environment
- Creative problem solving abilities are preferred
- Channel & end user customer management
- selling skills experience with ability to develop account business plans based on priorities that will exceed forecast over a sustained period.
- Project Management & Key Account Planning
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment
Skills
- Salesforce.com Experience is desired

Compensation
- Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $71,374 - $87,235, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
