Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Specialty Liaisons in specialty clinics
- Drive a high-quality patient experience while meeting service, growth, and performance goals
- Support onboarding, training, performance feedback, and professional development
- Partner closely with clinics, pharmacies, and internal Shields teams to keep operations running smoothly
- Share updates and insights with leadership and collaborate on growth initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required with a minimum of 2 years supervisory/management experience preferred
Compensation
- An employee in this position can expect a salary rate between $70,000 and $95,000 plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan if applicable.

- Proven people management experience, ideally in pharmacy or healthcare
- 5 years working in a healthcare or pharmacy environment with direct patient and clinician contact required
- Experience working within a retail, hospital or provider type setting communicating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals (preferably in an outpatient or medical clinic setting) is a plus.
