About the role
- Peraton is hiring a Plans and Exercises (PLEX) Analyst at Ft Huachuca, in Sierra Vista AZ.
- Strategic thinker with a strong background in military exercise planning, operational management, and Continuity of Operations (COOP).
- You will work closely with government/military leadership, Global Cyber Center (GCC), Regional Cyber Centers (RCCs), and service providers to ensure the continuous operation and defense of the Department of War Information Network (DoWIN).
Responsibilities
- Drive Exercise Readiness: Develop, design, and lead formal training exercises, and support the Government in their exercise evaluations of the global RCCs.
- Build and maintain standardized evaluation frameworks based on Army/DoW doctrine and Mission Essential Tasks (METs).
- Coordinate and Integration: Coordinate with RCC exercise planners to integrate GCC evaluation objectives into their respective exercise designs.
- You will translate findings into detailed After-Action Reports (AARs) and deliver high-impact briefings to executive leadership.
- In this critical mission-support role, you will be the driving force behind our operational readiness, serving as the primary interface for managing operational taskings and executing comprehensive exercise plans.
- Develop, design, and lead formal training exercises, and support the Government in their exercise evaluations of the global RCCs.
- Coordinate with RCC exercise planners to integrate GCC evaluation objectives into their respective exercise designs.
Nice to have
- Proven expertise in planning, execution, and evaluation within a DoW or Army environment.
- Deep familiarity with Army/DoD doctrine, Tactics, Techniques, Procedures (TTPs), and METs.
