In this role, you'll bridge the gap between our Global Marketing team and delivery team, ensuring that our software solutions align flawlessly with strategic marketing objectives.

Collaborate with collaborators across various departments to gather and prioritize business requirements.
Build and maintain a product backlog, ensuring it accurately reflects the most current business priorities.
Provide insights and directions to ensure that the final product delivers value to collaborators and aligns with strategic objectives.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to plan and coordinate product releases.
We're seeking a Product Owner - Salesforce Marketing to join our ambitious team and help build the future of our Business Information Systems.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience (2+ years) as a Product Owner or comparable position, preferably in the software development or IT industry.
Experience with marketing applications, preferably Salesforce Pardot or Account Engagement Cloud.
Strong understanding of process and change management principles to reengineer processes, reduce redundancy, and increase efficiency.
Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with peer collaborators in the organization.
Knowledge of office automation tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
Analytical approach, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to identify problems, determine root causes, and suggest containments and countermeasures in collaboration with the business and Application Owner.
Occasionally travel either nationally or internationally as required.

$66,500 - $123,500 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges.
However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
