About the role

The candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and organizational leadership, managing Assessment and Authorization (A&A) packages, continuous monitoring, vulnerability assessments, and mitigation strategies.

Security Compliance: Maintain Authorizations to Operate (ATOs) in accordance with government and industry frameworks (e.g., NIST, RMF, FISMA).
Documentation & Reporting: Develop, update, and manage System Security Plans (SSPs) and track Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
UltraViolet Cyber is seeking to hire an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to ensure that IT systems maintain their security posture and regulatory compliance.

US Citizenship is required for this role.
Secret Clearance is required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related IT field. (Or 6 years of experience equivalency)
