Requirements

  • Familiarity with real estate data, terminology, and basic real estate concepts.
  • familiarity with additional programming languages is welcome.
  • Experience working with large data sets and relational databases.
  • Understanding of and experience with technology productivity tools, specifically Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams)
  • Ability to prioritize and be self-directed
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply real estate concepts
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired
  • Strong programming skills, especially in Python and macros (e.g., Excel VBA)

Nice to have

  • 2-3 years of experience is preferred within asset management, banking or finance with specific emphasis on asset management, commercial lending, property inspections and credit analysis/underwriting.

Compensation

  • This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $81,000 - $121,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
