About the role

Job Description: Project Manager Huntsman is seeking a Project Manager supporting the Division Name Division located in Conroe, Texas.

This position will report to the Capital Projects Team Lead.
This role is responsible for delivering projects following a staged gate process from Front-End Loading (FEL) through detailed design, construction, and startup.
As a key member of the Capital Projects team, you will partner closely with engineering, operations, and construction to ensure projects are executed safely and delivered on time and on budget.
This position requires a hands-on leader who can navigate complex project challenges and drive practical technical solutions in a dynamic plant environment.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or chemical environment, including 2+ years of project management experience
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
PMP certification
Work performed in a dynamic plant environment with changing priorities
