About the role
- As the Energy Site Manager, you will be the driving force behind improving energy efficiency across our industrial operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical and mechanical systems, including:
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and process diagrams
- ability to translate data into action
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Engineering or related field
- 5-7 years of energy engineering experience ( heavy industrial strongly preferred )
- Strong energy data analytics and auditing capabilities
- Experience with Continuous Improvement and/or Six Sigma
- Background in steel mill or foundry operations/maintenance
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret energy usage data to prioritize improvements across facilities
- Conduct energy assessments and audits across industrial processes and systems
