Help develop, maintain, and continuously improve risk management documentation, such as inventories, assessments, and control libraries.
Support the design, update and maintenance of risk management training materials, job aids, and reference guides.
Support the delivery of training sessions, workshops, and onboarding activities to strengthen risk awareness and capability within the first line of defense.
Support the business in the operationalization of risk management programs, including self assessments, issue remediation tracking, and business continuity planning.
Serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise risk management systems, providing end user support, troubleshooting, and guidance on system functionality and best practices.
Support system onboarding, enhancements, data quality reviews, and periodic updates to ensure tools effectively support risk processes and reporting needs.
Collaborate with second line, internal audit, compliance, and business stakeholders to support enterprise-wide risk initiatives and other special projects.
To create a modern and seamless experience, we use artificial intelligence (AI) in parts of our preliminary screening process.

$53,650.00 - $67,050.00 Annual Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location.
In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan.
