Download replenishment reports every two hours to maintain updated operational visibility.
Maintain replenishment queues clean, updated, and aligned with outbound operational priorities.
Maintain constant communication with the Inventory Lead regarding replenishment status, risks, and operational needs.
Support replenishment flow continuity to avoid operational interruptions or inventory shortages.
Develop and maintain reports for operational KPI monitoring.
Ensure analyzed data is accurate, complete, and consistent to support reliable operational decisions.
Support root cause analysis and assist in developing effective operational solutions.
Utilize Excel and Google Sheets to maintain operational reports and task visibility.
Support operational reporting accuracy and daily replenishment updates.
Support replenishment process compliance and operational discipline.

High School Diploma / GED required.
Strong Excel and Google Sheets knowledge required.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Good communication skills and ability to work closely with operational leadership.
This is not an old school warehouse operation that has been doing things the same way for 30 years.
A successful candidate will have the ability to make an impact by motivating and leading the team to meet goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working under pressure, skilled with reporting tools and spreadsheets, and capable of maintaining strong communication across teams.

Experience in warehouse operations, replenishment, inventory control, or fulfillment preferred.
Experience with WMS, RF scanners, and warehouse technology preferred.
Basic inventory knowledge and understanding of replenishment processes preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
