- We are currently seeking a Mechanical Superintendent to join our team.
- This role is responsible for overseeing mechanical construction operations, managing field teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a Mechanical Superintendent or in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems installation (HVAC, piping, plumbing, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Review and manage project documentation using required software tools
- Proficient in:
- Microsoft Excel
- Bluebeam Revu
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
