Responsibilities
- As a technology business manager, you will be instrumental in identifying, developing, and implementing strategies that align with our business goals. Specifically, you will:
- Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the Technology organization.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that promote innovative solutions and business practices.
- Develop processes to systematically report on the impact of strategic initiatives.
- Manage and oversee projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to support innovation efforts.
- Support zero- based budgeting (ZBB) efforts by analyzing cost drivers, identifying optimization opportunities, and collaborating with functional leaders to develop efficient, needs- based budgets.
- As a technology business manager, you will be instrumental in identifying, developing, and implementing strategies that align with our business goals.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Support for employee-led affinity groups representing women, people of color and the LGBT+ community
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.

Compensation
- The annual base salary range for this role is $200,000-$275,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package.
