Responsibilities

  • Innovate: Through our agile development process, you'll have the opportunity to apply your creativity and innovation to drive new solutions.
  • Contribute: As an IT Business or IT Product Analyst, you will leverage your business and technical expertise to support feature implementation that aligns with our IT product strategy.
  • Direct the effort to gather and document comprehensive business requirements and feature acceptance criteria, particularly for features involving dependencies external to your team.
  • Identify and proactively addresses change management requirements in collaboration with business partners, ensuring smooth transitions during project implementation.
  • Uphold quality standards by adhering to established testing best practices and expectations while identifying gaps and implementing modifications that drive continuous quality improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage product requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to cultivate respectful relationships with business partners and team members.

Nice to have

  • Associate Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Degree in Information Systems, Business Analysis or related discipline preferred.
  • Bachelor Degree preferred.
  • 2 years of related work experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of business process, insurance products, and customer needs preferred.
