About the role
- It will be important to effectively leverage outsourced help (internal team first, contractors as needed, interns, etc) and AI in order to streamline repeatable processes and ensure you are able to focus on leading strategy and quality control.
- You'll also help us win new business by demonstrating the kind of proactive, data-informed thinking that sets us apart and selling brands on strategic social media/PR.

Responsibilities
- You'll own the strategy, set the standards, and build something better than what exists today.
- You make the call, you show your reasoning, and you build confidence across the team and with our clients.
- Collaborating with the Creative Director, you will help ensure the social media accounts you manage are connected to greater brand identities and strategy for clients.
Compensation
- Anticipated Compensation $50,000 - 60,000 base salary
