Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage in-house appointments for order pickups and drop- offs using appointment management software.
- Support administrative tasks such as organizing and packaging orders for upcoming appointments, restocking supplies, and completing general office duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of trading cards or comics is a plus, but not required.
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Skills
- The hourly range for this position is $21.50.
Compensation
- Actual compensation in this range will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
