About the role
- The position will work at the Delta Faucet headquarters in Carmel, IN and be on-site 3 days/week
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category and product portfolio strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market share.
- Build and manage product roadmaps, including new product opportunities, line extensions, and portfolio rationalization.
- Lead cross-functional commercialization efforts from concept through launch.
- Partner with Sales and channel teams to support customer line reviews, assortment decisions, and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with suppliers and sourcing teams to identify product, cost, and innovation opportunities.
- Create business cases, product requirements, pricing recommendations, and launch plans for new products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Category Management, Marketing, or related commercial roles.
- Experience managing consumer products through the full product lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business analytics tools.
- Ability to travel within United States and internationally to suppliers.
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience in kitchen, bath, home improvement, or durable consumer goods categories.
- Experience supporting both Retail and E-Commerce channels.
- Experience with Power BI, syndicated market data, or similar analytics tools.
- Experience working with global suppliers and sourcing teams.
