About the role
- Our Fleet Management team is the core of Nuro's vehicle operations and customer experience.
- The Associate Fleet Technician is a critical, entry-level technical role that provides the foundation for our vehicle operations.
- You will be instrumental in keeping our autonomous fleet on the road, learning the basics of maintaining sophisticated hardware and software systems.
Responsibilities
- Nuro licenses its core technology, the Nuro Driver™, to support a wide range of applications, from robotaxis and commercial fleets to personally owned vehicles.
- Support the transfer, setup, and extraction of autonomous vehicles and robots in operational zones.
- Maintain a clean, highly organized, and safe technical work environment in compliance with all company and safety standards.

Requirements
- Experience using vehicle diagnostic equipment
- Experience working on ADAS systems
- Electrical Aptitude: Basic electrical troubleshooting skills, including multimeter use and knowledge of schematics.
- Software Familiarity: Basic experience with Linux command-line interface or other relevant operating systems for diagnostics.
Compensation
- The total compensation package for this position includes base pay and a competitive benefits package including medical/dental/vision insurance, daily meal reimbursement, and paid time off in addition to limited company holidays.
