About the role
- Seattle, WA
- This role is expected to work in-person with other finance and partner team members in our office in the Eastlake neighborhood of Seattle at least two days a week.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience participating in the monthly close process, including reconciliations and financial reporting
- Experience managing enterprise resource planning (ERP) and accounting systems and driving process improvements
- Proficiency in researching technical accounting and tax matters
Nice to have
- Experience managing all aspects of the controllership function for an entire company
- Experience with nonprofit accounting principles, Form 990 preparation or review, and nonprofit tax and regulatory compliance
- Track record of designing, rationalizing, implementing, and documenting internal controls

Compensation
- The full salary range for this position in Seattle, WA is $173,000 - $293,000 per year.
- The upper third of the salary range is typically reserved for employees who have been in the role for multiple years and have demonstrated strong performance over time.
- Starting salary will vary by qualifications and prior experience.
