About the role
- This role involves assisting with a variety of yard-based tasks to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
- Assist with organizing and sorting construction materials and equipment
- Participate in yard improvement and maintenance projects.
Responsibilities
- Support loading, unloading, and securing materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment
Requirements
- Ability to use/learn to use power tools, and yard equipment
- Perform general yard labour and housekeeping duties as required
- Required PPE includes work boots and hard hat
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Basic understanding of safety protocols on a work site
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
Compensation
- $26-$28 per hour.
