About the role

  • We're hiring a Solutions Architect to help our strategic customers unlock the full potential of video AI.
  • You'll provide expert technical guidance while collaborating with Sales, Product, Partnerships and Engineering teams.
  • This is a highly self-directed and creative role where you'll need to thrive in an unstructured, rapidly expanding and evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing technical expertise, scoping use cases, and supporting the implementation of video AI applications with technical stakeholders at startups and enterprises.
  • Have experience driving customer implementations from kickoff through production launch, with a track record of building trusted technical relationships.
  • TwelveLabs builds the intelligence layer to change that.
  • We have raised more than $210 million from NEA, Radical Ventures, Amazon, NVIDIA, Snowflake, Databricks, Index Ventures, NAVER Ventures, Korea Investment Partners, Quadrille Capital, Red Bull Ventures, and AI pioneers including Fei-Fei Li, Silvio Savarese, and Alexandr Wang.

Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Engineer.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of and experience working with LLMs, multimodal AI, REST APIs, Python, JavaScript, and modern application development, with a deep understanding of video workflows and video workloads.

  • Azure, GCP, or other cloud providers also welcome).

Compensation

  • Candidates must be able to travel up to 10% of the time annually to attend conferences, off-site meetings, and other business-related events as required by the role.
