About the role
- Educational background in Civil Engineering, Technical Geography (GIS/Geomatics), Geodesy, Geo-informatics, Surveying, or similar.
- Hands-on/field experience executing reality capture, laser scanning, or surveying work, preferably in highly complex industrial environments (e.g., automotive, oil & gas).
- Project management experience in reality capture, laser scanning, surveying, or similar technical domains.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you'll manage the full lifecycle of 3D reality capture projects, from initial scoping and stakeholder alignment to execution and delivery of high-fidelity digital twins.
- Troubleshoot challenges and develop scalable solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale reality capture, 3D laser scanning and surveying projects for enterprise clients.
- Further optimize, streamline and automate internal Project Management standards and data delivery workflows
Nice to have
- Familiarity with 3D laser scanning and surveying data (respective data processing and QC/QA) is a big plus.

Compensation
- The hiring range for this role is $55,800 - $79,650 per year base salary, with a total on-target earnings (OTE) range of $62,000 - $88,400.
