Responsibilities
- Strong communication skills: Active listening and conflict management abilities to build trusting relationships with participants and their families.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably with medically complex or older adult populations.
- Ability to quickly adapt to different clinical settings, including the clinic, day center, and home environments.
Nice to have
- Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days of employment.
- Alzheimer's certification preferred but not required.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred to better serve our diverse participant population.
