About the role

Goodshuffle Pro is seeking a Business Development Representative to handle a wide range of responsibilities, with the primary focus of growing our bottom line.
You will work collaboratively with Sales Leadership to grow the sales pipeline, conduct prospecting calls, and schedule sales demos.
Scheduling demos for Sales Executives through warm and cold calling and diligent follow-up

Acting as day-to-day support to the entire Sales team to reach both personal and team goals

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum 1+ years SaaS sales experience
Ability to learn new technology quickly and thoroughly, including the use of AI beyond the basics
Or experience with any of the following tools: Hubspot, Intercom, JIRA, Excel, Google

Sheets, Zoom
Exceptional people skills (with a wide variety of personalities)
Exceptional listening skills (with an understanding of consultative sales techniques)
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (superior grammar and spelling
Demonstrated solution-oriented mindset, organizational skills, attention to detail, and disciplined execution
