Requirements
- Proficiency working in collaborative development environments utilizing source control, code reviews, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools or coding assistants to improve productivity and software delivery outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Experience incorporating AI or GenAI capabilities into software products or development workflows.
- Experience working in high-growth or fast-paced technology environments.
Skills
- Improve engineering velocity and software quality by effectively leveraging AI-powered development tools and modern development practices.
- Contribute to a culture of technical excellence through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Help advance scalable development and deployment practices that enable faster, more reliable delivery of customer value.
Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $135,000 USD.
Benefits
- Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications.
- This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan.
