About the role
- The Property Claims Representative is responsible for handling moderate to complex personal and commercial property insurance claims from initial notice through resolution.
- This role involves investigating claims, confirming policy coverage, coordinating with customers and vendors, processing payments, and managing salvage and subrogation activities.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate has strong property claims adjusting experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingualism in French and English and an AMF Loss Adjuster License (5) are required.
