About the role

We're looking for a strategic, metrics-driven Contract Technical Recruiter to help accelerate hiring for our Engineering organization in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and thrives in ambiguity while delivering a high-quality candidate experience and strong hiring outcomes.
Track pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and recruiting metrics to improve outreach strategies, conversion rates, and overall hiring outcomes.

Drive sourcing and pipeline generation for technical roles across Engineering, with a strong focus on identifying, engaging, and nurturing passive talent.
Develop creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, talent communities, events, and other channels to attract high-quality technical candidates.
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate talent profiles, share market insights, and adjust sourcing strategies as hiring needs evolve.

6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 4+ years focused on technical recruiting.
A proven track record of hiring high-performing technical talent in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions through data and market insights.

Continuously improve sourcing workflows and operational efficiency using tools like Ashby, Pin, and Claude.
Experience leveraging AI tools and modern recruiting technology to improve efficiency and scale.
Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills across competitive technical markets.
Clear, confident communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.
