About the role
- To facilitate and coordinate client care provided by all disciplines.
- Provide supervision to all staff thereby ensuring the delivery of quality care to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of one‐year CHHA management experience required.
Nice to have
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred, AAS with commensurate clinical experience accepted.
- Must have PA or NY licensure.
- OASIS certification is preferred.
Compensation
- The pay range for this position is $44.15-69.00.
Benefits
- Up to a $25,000 sign on bonus.
- A minimum of three years clinical home health experience and demonstrated abilities in Medicare Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) standards.
