About the role

Responsibilities

  • Help lead and execute design work across brand experiences, campaigns, and events (e.g..local, Mindshare Brand Campaigns, AWS re:Invent, SKO, etc)
  • Own design execution end-to-end, from early concept through delivery, serving as a key communicator across internal teams, agencies, and contractors.
  • Build and maintain enablement resources that allow teams across the organization to apply the brand confidently and correctly.
  • Collaborate closely with adjacent design teams including events, social, web and product to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
  • Partner with specialty disciplines such as animation and illustration to develop storyboards, style frames, and other specialized assets as needed
  • Strong fluency across print, digital, motion, and event design systems
  • Expert event environmental and campaign design, including large-scale brand moments
  • Clear communicator of design rationale, systems, and constraints to both creative and non-creative stakeholders
  • Ability to operate as both a hands-on designer and a strategic partner within a collaborative team environment
  • A portfolio highly focused work showcasing event design, campaigns, layout, design systems and visual storytelling

Requirements

  • BFA or MA/MS degree in design, art and design or a related field, or equivalent work experience demonstrating commitment to excellence in visual design and illustration
