About the role

  • Come join our team at the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE)!
  • With something for everyone, the CNE offers a wide range of attractions and interactive entertainment experiences including: concerts, midway rides and games, shopping, exhibits, tech and gaming hubs, food and wacky treats!

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily shift meeting with updates from the Program Assistant and other Program Supervisors
  • Document participation and interest of guests at key areas and times throughout the 18-day fair

Requirements

  • Minimum Age Requirement: 16 years
  • Advanced customer service, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and staff management experience required

  • The CNE, often affectionately referred to as The Ex, is Canada's largest community event and one of the top ten agricultural fairs in North America, attracting approximately 1.6 million visitors annually over the course of its 18-day run.

Benefits

  • Facilitate staff rotation schedule, including break coverage, Program Attendant placement, and assigning Program Runners to areas of high demand
  • Available to work flexible hours all 18 days of the fair (August 21st - September 7th, 2026), including evenings, weekends, and Labour Day
