$14,821 more — $189,821 — moves this role to Level IV and 4 lottery entries. That figure is inside the range the employer already advertised.
Based on the DOL prevailing wage for this occupation and worksite, a base salary of $189,821 would place this position at wage Level IV. That figure is within the posted range, and I'd like to target it. This role classifies under "Electrical Engineers" for prevailing-wage purposes.

Company info
- Develop electrical prototypes, wire harnesses, and cable assembly designs that support testing and iteration on NEO.
- Translate schematics and wiring diagrams into clear build documentation, and work with technicians to resolve issues found during assembly.
- Debug issues on prototypes and on the robot, then make practical design or documentation changes based on what you find.
- Improve recurring builds through better documentation, fixturing, and design-for-manufacturability work with the wider team.
- Partner across engineering and fabrication to move from early prototypes toward reliable, repeatable assemblies.
- We've been at this since 2014 and we're at the point where the hard problems are behind us and the hard work is in front of us.
