Responsibilities
- Work efficiently to manage multiple orders simultaneously during peak hours.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring sustained repetitive motion (dishing portions, carving, stirring, and chopping).
Requirements
- Three years' experience in a similar position in an upscale Convention Hotel or Restaurant
- Food Handler Certification required.
- Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of all stations in the Banquet Kitchen.
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
- Compute basic arithmetic to include percentages.
- Previous guest relations training and experience.
