Responsibilities
- Design, document, and optimize workflows, SOPs, and operational processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability across warehouse and ITAD operations.
- Analyze facility layouts, material flow, equipment, and space utilization to drive productivity and safety improvements.
- Lead and support facility expansion, redesign, and optimization projects - including workflow design, capacity planning, and operational readiness.
- Manage engineering projects end-to-end, delivering on time and in alignment with business objectives.
- Support ITAD, reverse logistics, refurbishment, and device lifecycle operations by developing and improving testing, diagnostics, and data sanitization processes.
- Monitor operational performance, identify issues through root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Partner with operations leadership to manage SLAs, address customer-related challenges, and improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of Industrial Engineering experience, including at least 1 year in a warehouse, logistics, ITAD, reverse logistics, repair, or refurbishment environment.
- Proficiency in device data sanitization, imaging, provisioning and repair processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, workflow analysis, facility planning, capacity planning, labor planning, and productivity optimization.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, process mapping, work measurement, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience leading moderate-complexity projects and translating data into actionable operational recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Hands-on experience in ITAD, reverse logistics, or device lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with WMS, LMS, Power BI, AutoCAD, or Visio.
- Experience supporting warehouse expansions, automation projects, or multi-site operations.

Compensation
- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $78,000.00 - $124,800.00 per year.
