About the role
- We individualize each treatment program, led by a psychiatrist who directs a professional health care team in a multidisciplinary team approach.
- Collects patient data and completes ongoing observations as directed by the RN and/or unit specific standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with RN and interdisciplinary team to identify patient problems, outcomes/goals and nursing interventions.
- By finding common ground and embracing our differences, we grow stronger together and deliver more compassionate, person-centered care.
