About the role
- The Intake Coordinator is the empathetic first point of contact for prospective personal injury clients.
- The coordinator also refers non-qualifying inquiries appropriately and participates in rotating after-hours and weekend on-call coverage.
Responsibilities
- Receive/outbound calls and create intakes, create that great first impression with a potential client.
- Create and maintain information in our Litify system.
- Merge and send documents via our E-signature platform.
