About the role
- Job Title: Specialist, Quality Assurance Job Description: Entegris is currently seeking a Specialist, Quality Assurance to join our Chemical Mechanical Pads Pads (CMP) team, within the Formulated Solutions business unit.
- This position will be based at our Aurora, Illinois facility.

Responsibilities
- Support Out-of-Control Action Plans (OCAPs) and other internal investigations and responses by gathering data, documenting findings, and tracking Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to completion.
- Prepare and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) trend review summaries, highlighting process stability, process shifts, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain and update Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (FMEAs) and process control plans to reflect current process controls, inspection methods, and learnings from quality issues or process changes.
- Author, revise, and maintain quality documentation including reports, summaries, and supporting records in accordance with site and corporate procedures
- Support audits and reviews by ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and readily accessible
- In this role, you will support the execution and documentation of core quality programs that ensure stable manufacturing processes and customer satisfaction.
- You will work closely with operations, engineering, and quality team members to support process control, FMEA and product control plan maintenance, and other quality programs, with a strong emphasis on clear, accurate documentation and data review.
Requirements
- Complete required training, administrative activities, and continuous improvement participation as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, quality, or engineering environment
Compensation
- Annual bonus eligibility
- $76,000 - $96,500 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
