Responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end execution of highly complex business initiatives, operating routines, or portfolios of work, with accountability for outcomes across multiple workstreams.
  • Lead cross‑functional execution across Product, Digital, Technology, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Finance, and other partners, aligning contributors and driving accountability without direct authority.
  • Anticipate, surface, and resolve execution risks, dependencies, and trade‑offs, applying sound judgment to maintain momentum and quality.
  • Develop and deliver executive‑level analyses, insights, dashboards, and materials that support decision‑making, performance reviews, and governance forums.
  • Drive continuous improvement in how work is executed by identifying root causes of delays, inefficiencies, or breakdowns and implementing practical solutions.
  • May manage junior-level teammates.
  • The CSBB Business Execution Lead is an advanced individual contributor responsible for leading the execution of the organization's most complex, high-impact business workstreams.
  • This role independently owns execution outcomes by translating direction into delivered results, resolving ambiguity, and orchestrating cross-functional work from intake through completion.
  • The Lead serves as a trusted execution leader for senior stakeholders-ensuring priorities move forward with discipline, rigor, and follow-through.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and related training;
  • 8 years of experience in business execution, operations, program delivery, analytics, or related roles;
  • Proven experience coordinating and influencing across multiple functional teams and senior stakeholders;
  • Advanced analytical and synthesis skills, with demonstrated ability to produce executive‑ready materials;
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products;
  • Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading enterprise initiatives, governance processes, or recurring operating routines
  • Exposure to performance management, financial management, or portfolio execution contexts
  • Experience in financial services or another regulated environment.
