About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supports the management and development of a team of field operations individuals, fostering skill growth and ensuring quality performance under guidance.
  • Manages coordination of delivery and allocation of materials and equipment to support uninterrupted workflow.
  • Monitors accurate daily logs and progress reports to document project activities and issues.
  • Participates in or leads safety meetings and site inspections to reinforce a culture of accountability.
  • Supports field teams, including self-perform, in addressing routine operational issues and escalates more complex matters as needed.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • Work Experience: 5 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or a related field required.
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification within 6 months of hire required.
  • First Aid and CPR certification required.
  • 5 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or a related field required.

Nice to have

  • Certifications and Licenses: OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred.
  • OSHA 510 or OSHA 500 certification preferred.

Compensation

  • $100,000.00- $135,000.00 Nothing is more important than your health and wellness.
