About the role

The Analyst is expected to learn new business areas quickly, take ownership of assigned work, and contribute to a high quality customer experience.

Review, validate, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Investigate discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
Work with internal teams and external partners to gather information and resolve operational issues.
Maintain process documentation, trackers, and supporting records.
Perform quality reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Build knowledge across multiple operational functions and provide cross team support as business needs evolve.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, sorting, and filtering.
Pivot tables are a plus.

1 to 3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, customer support, finance, healthcare, supply chain, or a related field.
