About the role

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary analytics partner to BU leadership, providing strategic thought partnership on brand strategy, launch planning, and market dynamics
- Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to align commercial analytics with product launch plans and identify risks early
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication on analytical priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Build and maintain KPI frameworks for pre- and post-launch tracking
- deliver accurate, timely reporting to BU and senior leadership
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve commercial strategies and drive product adoption
- Partner with the forecasting team to translate market uptake and revenue models into actionable commercial insights that inform launch strategy and business planning
- Build and maintain KPI frameworks for pre- and post-launch tracking; deliver accurate, timely reporting to BU and senior leadership
- Blend expertise across analytics, marketing, sales, and therapeutic area; coordinate with market research and market access to deliver integrated insights
- Maintain an integrated view of business performance across Financial, Execution, and Access dimensions
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics, forecasting, or relevant experience in a consulting firm
- Demonstrated experience supporting new product launches in a pharmaceutical or biotech setting, including pre-launch analytics, KPI development, and commercial readiness assessment

- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in business management, finance, statistics, or a related field.
- MBA / advanced degree preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
- experience applying coding skills in a commercial analytics context preferred
